General Russel Honoré (ret.) as the Executive Director, the Preaction Alliance represents a consortium of private-sector organizations (Sponsors) with the collective capacity to provide necessary resources to member businesses before, during and after a crisis.

How is Preaction Alliance different from all the other disaster planning tools and resources out there?
